Each year the Club offers exciting field trips for members to exercise their photography skills and share camaraderie — MUCH FUN! For more event details and sign-up, a listing of activities for the 2015-2016 season is posted on our “Club Events” schedule and calendar. Outings are typically a half day or a full day. Extended trips may be organized to include overnight accommodations for two or more days.
In recent years our travels have taken us to: Monument Valley/Canyon de Chelly, Ruby Ghost Town, Caterpillar Training Grounds, Titan Missile Museum, Desert Museum, Gammon’s Gulch, Cocoraque Ranch, Canoa Ranch, White Stallion Ranch, Colosal Cave, Mescal Movie Set, Old Tucson Studios, Windows & Doors of the Tucson barrio, DeGrazia Gallery, Tohono Chul Park, Paul Bond Boot Co., Miniature Horses, Cienega Creek Llama & Alpaca Ranch, Caborca Mexico & the Sea of Cortez, the Missions of Mexico, Skydive Arizona, U of A Mirror Lab, Tucson Roller Derby, Philabaum Glass Factory, Reid Park Zoo, Harkers Old West Museum, Stewart Boot Factory, Tubac-iPhones-iPads-Androids, Rancho De La Osa, Blue Dog Saloon, Triangle T Guest Ranch, HF Coors Dinnerware, Tucson Butterfly Garden, Valley of the Moon, Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch, Thunder Canyon Brewery, Barrio Brewery, Keeylocko Cowtown, the Southern Arizona Transportation Museum, Tumacacori de los Muertos, and the St. Anthony’s Greek Orthodox Monastery in Florence.
